On Thursday, April 29, at 7:30 p.m. at Rockwood Manor (11001 MacArthur Blvd., Potomac, MD20854) the Bahá’ís of Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and Potomac, Md., will celebrate the Most Holy Festival in the Bahá’í Faith: the Festival of Ridván. Each year during this 12-day period, April 21 - May 2, Bahá’ís commemorate the birth of their faith in 1863 and the historic declaration of its Prophet-Founder, known as Bahá'u'lláh.
Please join us for music, devotions, and a dessert reception to celebrate this special Bahá’í holiday, or to learn more about the Bahá’í Faith. This is a free event.
