O'MALLEY TO BEGIN INAUGURAL PARTY WITH TOWN HALL MEETING

Maryland Governor-elect Martin O'Malley doesn't take office until next week. But the Democrat is starting inaugural festivities Tuesday night with a town hall meeting in Montgomery County.
O'Malley will join local officials at a Kensington high school to chat with voters. He says he is trying to send a message of inclusion with his inaugural festivities. O'Malley also plans to meet with supporters in Southern Maryland and the Eastern Shore.
