Mall developer The Mills Corp. said in a regulatory filing Friday that it awarded its new chief executive, Mark Ordan, a $382,000 yearly bonus, just months after he took over the top spot at the beleaguered company.
The mega mall builder also said it gave $209,250 to Richard Nadeau, the company's executive vice president and chief financial officer.
