A Wider Circle

April 21, 2007 - The mission of A Wider Circle is to reverse the cycles of poverty and poor health by providing programs and services free of charge to families in need in the Washington, DC area.
A Wider Circle will have a truck in the Leland parking lot on Saturday, April 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. If you have household items that you would like to donate, please bring them to the drop-off. The items may include: any furniture, lamps, mattresses, bedding, household goods, dressers, tables and chairs.
If you have larger items of furniture like mattresses, box springs, chests and tables that you would like to donate, you can call A Wider Circle at 301-657-1010 to ask if the items are needed. (Mattresses and box springs are desperately needed!) In some cases, A Wider Circle will arrange to pick up the items.
